Management Team


Dr. Henry Sorensen- Founder, Chairman and President


Dr. Henry Sorensen has been involved in creating innovative tools and systems that increase customer satisfaction and user experience in a variety of fields such as testing, application development, and outsourcing. As founder of Prov, Inc., Dr. Sorensen has been instrumental in creating enhanced business processes for various industries, by incorporating the latest technology, implementing process improvements, and creating advanced algorithms to detect process anomalies. When asked to describe himself, he says that he is a “process person”; someone that considers how the tools are used by the customers, not just how the code is developed. As an IT Investor, Dr. Sorensen is the Founder, Chairman, and President of Provlab. The goal of Provlab is to assist customers in developing or maintain systems that meet their IT needs.


Dr. Sorensen has a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a Master’s in Business Administration.



Vinod Jayakeerthi - Founder and CEO


Vinod Jayakeerthi contributes his extensive background in Operations, Business Implementation and Project Management. Vinod has held several key leadership positions with Fortune 500 companies before joining Prov. Vinod is responsible for Technical and Strategic Direction, Global Operations, and Customer Service. He is responsible for Profit & Loss, Market Expansion, Growth and Acquisition guidance. Vinod oversees the organic and inorganic growth of Provlab, he also oversees global operations.


Vinod enjoys automating systems, process, data modelling and working on building AI.
